Inspired by the warmth of wood and leather, the work explores how surfaces carry traces of time, use, and transformation.

The composition suggests a process of assembling – where elements come together to form a new whole while retaining their origin. It reflects a balance between preservation and change, where the old is not replaced, but reinterpreted.

Textile structures and layered textures create a tactile surface, reinforcing the connection between natural materials and constructed form.

Created as a commissioned work for a contemporary interior space.
